Did you know Govardhana hill is reducing in its size each day by the size of a mustard seed?

Yes, Govardhan is sinking by the height of a mustard seed daily due to a curse and it would fall flat by the end of Kaliyuga. According to Garga-samhita, Govardhana Hill is reducing in size daily. In the Satya Yuga, Pulastya Muni approached Dronachala, the king of the mountains, and asked him for his son Govardhana for sacrifices. Dronachala was reluctant to part with his favorite son. Govardhana agrees to accompany the sage, as he did not want his father to be cursed but on a condition that wherever the sage would put him down, he would remain there. Pulastya Muni took Govardhana and started for his ashram. When passing through Vraja Mandala, Govardhan is enamored by the beauty of the place and decides to stay there. To fulfill his desire, Govardhan uses his divine powers and makes the sage feel the urge to answer nature's call. The sage is forced to keep the mountain down. On returning he found that he couldn’t move Govardhana. The sage uses his powers and realizes the trickery of Govardhan.
The furious sage cursed Govardhana to shrink by the size of a mustard seed daily. Govardhana was 115 km long, 72 km wide and 29 km high then and now the hill is only 80 feet tall at its highest point.
